When the Altavoz Coin carries both the proof of creation and the proof of compensation it’s the AltaCoin  Jump today its cumulative transactional mass gives it an intrinsic monetary acceleration that no fiat or traditional crypto can match — because it’s grounded in ongoing creative process, art has been sold as business since the beginning of time it is now time for art to be the basis of business  Think a new kind of digital sticker — a mix of hologram and QR code — that proves something is real, who made it, and where it came from. Whether it’s music, art, code, or even an AI-created idea, the HoloQR protects the creator by giving every piece its own secure fingerprint on the blockchain.  It’s like a digital passport for creativity — one that even future quantum hackers can’t fake. in like other attempts, this hologram is a transformation of the art itself. It is not randomly assigned And the artist gets paid by it concurrently to any of the other mechanical or...

We awoke to a live bad movie on TV and then the scream, and other one just hit! I was getting my first cup of joe. What was that and how did it happen? Is anyone alright? Back in front of the screen the whole family staring then crying at the scenes and calls from loved ones is everyone alright? What...WHY? A plane just flew by and crashed more killed neighbors, friends and loved ones in the blink of a wicked eyes We are just getting partial comprehension and learn yet another plane is falling from the sky, This one yanked from their plan by the same people that they tried to overtake. Thank You, Thank You, so many lives saved and so many have been made angels by acts --So brave. We take resolve as we learn of these feats all beyond comprehension, many a hero before victim.  The lives, the families, the total impact; They were just used to execute a terrible plan and having us being lingering victims. Do they have God? Mine is c...

Just a little something that I cooked up over the course of one very trying year.   Stellar Award Winner Phillip Carter Tapped As First Gospel Artist With An Exclusive Music Release In The Public Library System

With now even the President of the USA getting in on the Act, Let's just say that stores in the USA will have the OfficalUSASelfieStick  ASAP.  However I do want to defend the stick and my reasoning goes like this.   Back in  Van Eyck's   day when the wealthy and privileged did something that thought grand they commissioned a selfie in their day -- A portrait  This was considered a new form of expression of realism and acute observation  with " Full-length portraits were reserved for depictions of the highest echelon of society, and were associated with princely displays of power"    Kemperdick (2006), 28 Wikipedia      Quoting from Wikipedia again, "Throughout history, it has been common for rulers and governments to commission public art as a means of demonstrating power and wealth, or even for specific propaganda purposes".  So it's not just me say...

So now that that year of, at least Chinese believe, the Horse is behind us Americans. and now 2015, an 8 year, is upon our door step I'm looking forward to it.  And! it appears that part of looking forward is still looking back.  For example one of the theme now offered for a very young skewing audience Tumblr offer a Cassettes for a template. Or the fact that there is a Cassette Store Day , much like Record Store Day or it's predecessor VinylRecordDay.com The point of this being don't be surprised to find that something that you didn't know or presumed to cease to have existed might not be the case. It has to start to dawn on people that much of what we do is what we believe is happening, if we don't believe music is important and that going to a coffee shop and buying water poured over beans is important to do...Let's not get in the heath of doing one verses the other, it's what we, especially kids believe is important.   Now that we've c...

So I'm reading the story about the Uber driver kidnapping in DC and noticed the part about how DC MPD couldn't respond because there was no emergency communications.  Having been involved in DC Emergency Preparedness since 9/11 up until I questioned the handling of Pete Piringer by the Mayor back in 2011-- I know as much as any person in DC about the hows and why our Emergency Operation Plan "EOP" is supposed to unfold.   Part and parcel to this plan is that our equipment works and that departments respond, and I have to say that under no uncertain terms the District of Columbia cannot handle day to day operations there is no way in the world we could deal with any medium to large scale disaster.  BTW this is not the first time that this happened back in   2010 on a Monday nite DC lost this same capability for over 3 hours.  The solution to have analog radios...

So I have been biting/holding my tongue about the upcoming National Day of Civic Hacking (Hack for Change.org) which is this Saturday May 31th - Sunday June 1st. and really can't for the good of good hackathons.  Namely because of articles I'm reading on NPR that are incorrectly stating that a hackathon is happening in DC. Since clearly nothing is happening -just click on the image above and see for yourself.      "Washington, D.C. is doing a transparency camp where hundreds of people will gather to share knowledge about how to use new technologies and policies to make the government work more effectively for the people."  Some might be asking why I'm so beefed up about all of this and I believe I have a good answer. For the second year in a row, the hackathon that started many of these RHoKDC is not happening-- last years was canceled and this year I was asked not to do one by the organizers of this event.    The cr...

Here's a poem I just wrote - 'Maya Angelou' by Nelson Jacobsen: http://t.co/QWznqeCPKb — Nelson Jacobsen (@sonofnels) May 28, 2014 RIP Maya Angelou

So I've seen this headline on more than a few of my friends social media time lines and I wanted to point out that there is a direct correlation between Space Weather and what happens here on Earth. While this Coronal Mass Emission CME may have missed Earth directly there were still several very severe events on leading upto and on this day impacting earth. I've found a great site that has for each day what is happening on Earth with regards to disasters and I pretty sure when you take Space Weather related events and match them to Earth related disasters there will be a large spike in correspondence between them. Here is a couple of the reported disaster reported event for July 23, 2012 Flooding in Beijing (Heaviest rainstorm in six decades) Wildfire in Spain  Earthquakes 4.8 Uzbekistan 5.2 Papua More flooding: India, New Zealand, Las Vegas Tropical Cyclones Vicente Hong Kong with Typhoon warning raised to 8 out of 10 Tornado Smeaton Canada.  To name a few o...

Funny thing --a past and what it means to your future.  I know mine was impacted that fateful day my parents dropped me off at Hamilton Park Elementary School.   Just a few month earlier something new called a Magnet school opened and certain type of parent overdrive must have kicked in because before I knew it,  me and a couple of my friends are heading to a place called Hamilton Park. Hamilton Park Pacesetter  Magnet  opened in 1975, with Bobcats setting the pace as successful academic and social role models; the school made national news and was toured, studied and emulated by other districts in the nation. Link   Since my mother had been a volunteer leader in South Oak Cliff, Dallas the prospect of attending Hamilton Park wasn't that daunting and or it's the fact that I have the gene that say sure jumping off the roof, waterfall, or business cliff is a perfectly reasonable thing to do.  So I was able to jump in and become par...

I was prompted to look for a community portal that HelpEarth Foundation runs called TenelyTown.net. On Bing.com It looks like Bing bends over backwards to not give a searcher information about it.  Since this is a top level domain and it is contextually relevant to people searching for anything about TenleyTown let alone putting the whole url in the search box there has to be some kind of exclusion of this domain from it's search results. What kind of search engine can't find a Top Level Domain?  How is that even possible.      I also did the same thing for Google.com and they seem to do a pretty good job finding the information about the site which is what you would expect. I'll ask someone I know at MS about this and see if they have an explanation and post it back here. Hey, if you have one please leave a comment on the blog about what you think is happening. #TTDNSEARCH PS Goes to show that having more than one source of information is a...
